And what we DON'T do
We don't do everything and we don't work with everyone. The list below is short on surprises.
For 1,000€ CRO this is NOT a full redesign from scratch. That's a different thing, starts at 3,000€. Doesn't include 6-month structured A/B testing (that's a separate retainer). Doesn't include new photography or video.
For 2,000€ ecommerce, this doesn't include a custom theme from scratch (from 3,000€). Doesn't include custom Shopify apps. Doesn't include photography for 50 products, you bring those.
For 5,000€ apps, no complex real-time (Sockets, WebRTC), no integrated AI, no marketing or ASO.
No surprise costs on the invoice. Written in the contract.

How we work, step by step
Five steps. Demo every Monday. Late? 5% off the invoice per week, written in the contract.

You talk, I listen. What you want to build, what's blocking you, what budget, when you need it. By the end you know if we're working together or not.
2-3 days
Written document, final price
You get an email with WHAT'S IN, WHAT'S OUT, deliverables, deadlines and final price. Read it, sign it or walk. No lock-in, no “discovery” invoice.
1-2 weeks
Design in Figma
Sketch on paper first, then Figma design, then a prototype you can click through. You see everything before we write a single line of code. Two rounds of changes included, the rest by written change order.
2-6 weeks
Build with Monday demos
We build. Every Monday you get a link with the demo and progress. Your questions get an answer in 2-3 hours. Big shifts go through a written change order, approved by you, before we touch a minute of work.
1 week + 30 days
Launch. Then another 30 days.
We launch. The next 30 days, anything that doesn't work as expected, I fix free. GitHub repo in your account, training video, full handoff. The code is yours from day 1. Walk away anytime, to any team.

Who I am
My name is Stefan. Together with the team we've been building websites and apps for two years. In parallel, with the same team, I run ads and performance marketing for clients. So I see daily what makes a site sell and what doesn't.
Here I don't work alone. Designer, developer, project manager. Everything you see LIVE was built together.
